That question begs another::: Why would you want a boy's attention when you know he doesn't like you????
But if you really want a good answer, you have to first know WHY he doesn't like you in the first place. I don't reccomend that anyone change themselves for the approval of another...especially a boy/girl...but if it's something you think you can work out, then give it a shot. A lot of times, it can be worked out. Just take your time, don't be pushy, and don't expect anything. If he really doesn't like you and you expect him to, you could get your feelings hurt. And you can't really blame him for that, now can you?

Most girls get my attention by following me, staring at me. Going around with there friends bugging me giggling and pointing always seems to work. And you got to be clean and sweet too.

I wouldnt waste my time on someone I already know doesnt like me. I would rather be alone then put myself out there like that.
