yes there is nothing wrong with wanting to save money and if he is working and in school full time then what is the point of having his own place.. .. until he finishes school and can afford a place then there is nothing wrong with a 21 year old man living with the parents..

Yes. It sounds like he's a real go-getter! 21 isn't so old to still be living with mom and dad, especially since he is working and attending school full time. I imagine his plan is to get his own place once he's gotten his degree and has a better job.

Yeah my boyfriend is 20 and he still lives with his mom and he works and goes to school full-time this is just until he gets established. School is expensive you have to understand that. I'm pretty sure he'll be standing on his own two feet very soon.

Yes. There is nothing wrong with still living with your parents as long as it isn't forever and you are moving forward in your life. Sounds like you are doing that, so enjoy it while you can, the real world is just around the corner and it isn't all it is cracked up to be.

I'm engaged to a 29 year old man who has gone back to school full time and lives with his parents. Due to personal issues I am living with my mother. We plan to marry soon, so I am saving my checks from work to get us a place of our own. He will be getting a part-time job to help supplement our income from my job and his financial aid.

I don't see anything wrong with that. I'd be doing about the same, but i'm 19, and without a job. Not real easy finding a place these days, and hey at least you doing something with your life. Not just crashing in your folk's basement.

all that stuff is trivial and shouldn't matter. What matters is how you feel about him. He could have several reasons why his situation is the way it is and it is unfair to judge him for it. Maybe he is trying to be responsible and save for his future and the person he wants to share that future with, it is a smart thing to do. Bottom line is if you like this guy go for it!!!

It depends on why he's living with his parents. My ex (who I'm still really good friends with) moved back in with his parents a few weeks ago because his roommate was moving and he's really picky about where he wants to live. I think that's ok, but if your guy is only living with his parents because he's cheap or lazy then that isn't ok.
