What should I do, she won't listen to me anymore when I tell her to follow the Holy Scripture of the Da Vinci Code? How should I deal with this blasphemy?

the davinci code is as much a fictional book as the bible..let her make her own choices.

The Da Vinci Code has nothing to do with the word of God, it is all made up all fictional the only word of God is the Bible. The Da Vinci Code is a story about what Dan Brown thinks is the truth about God it isn't.... so if you want your daughter to follow this code then she will end up running around trying to find words and codes in paintings...

Your daughter has a mind of her own and seems quite intelligent. The Da Vinci Code is fiction. Go to any bookstore and it's in the fiction section. Hello?
The Bible is also fiction when it comes right down to it. Whether you believe it or not is one's own personal decision. Forcing your daughter to believe what you believe will mess her up no end.
As far as blasphemy--lighten up. Life is too short to worry about whether your daughter believes in God. As long as she's doing good in school, not hooked on drugs or bonking everything in sight, she'll be fine.

McGeezy my my are you for real. The Davicini code is a fiction book written for entertainment. the Holy Bible is full of instruction on how we should live our lives. It is also God breathed not fiction. I say your daughter has more common sense than you. I do not condone a child disrespecting a parent but I also do not condone a parent trying to force their child into believing something that will get them condemned. Our Bible is not fiction and as previous stated God breathed. Good luck you are going to need it.

i hope youre joking.when you go to a book store the da vinci code it is in the fiction section not non fiction or religious section.the only holy scripture dealing with jesus christ is the holy bible
