A US Senator Tom Tancredo told that if US is nuked by the Muslim Terrorist Groups--US should nuke Mecca,Medina and all holy Islamic sites. It will act as a MAD(Mutually Assured Destruction).
What do you think if this kind of scenario happens? Will that bring devastating consequences for US?

I'd like to read the source that states that this would result in mutually assured destruction.
A terrorist group would likely have one bomb, delivered in a truck or suitcase. The US arsenal of ICBMs would be unleashed, but there would likely not be time for a retaliation large enough to result in MAD.
Either way I am opposed to the use of nuclear weapons under any circumstances.

Well, USA is the supper power, and always fighting for the human rights, democracy, Justice, etc. But when it comes to them, only force is the Justice, if some lunatic do some thing to them, they will not take him to Justice but destroy the whole world. What they did in Afghanistan, Taliban asked for proof against Binladin, they refused to give any proof to them , instead they give the proof to Pakistan and Britain, well done. Then attacked and killed those against who there was no case. Please note, if a Muslim does not follow Islam or don't have clear knowledge of Islam does it mean Islam is at fault. But who is terrorist, the one who terrorizes, or does it mean a Muslim, why it doesn't mean IRA, or American solders in Abu Gharib jail, or American solders in Guantanamo.
Please note Macca inshallah will be protected by the One who owns it.
American are afraid from their own wrong doings, in Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine etc that too against Muslims and only Muslims.

Really, had we in America devoted our resources to spreading the culture-redeeming gospel of Christ instead of enjoying our western lifestyle, this wouldn't be an issue. Why not pre-empt a nuclear war by propagating peace in the Middle East? However, to nuke Mecca and Medina would certainly bring the wrath of devoted Muslims upon us, and it would be used by irreligious manipulators (like Sadaam Hussein and Hugo Chavez) to bring us down.

As a muslim, i'm not quite sure that would work. Two things you must remember, (1)Only muslims are in mecca (i know becuase i've been-you need a certificate of shahadah to get in). America is full of muslims. It would be nearly as destructive as the trojan war.(2) america needs saudian money.Saudi is darn near one of the richest countries in the world.and the highest oil producers.America may be desperate for a comeback but you know like i know, we don't f when it comes to money and oil.

Nah, we have more bombs. . .I agree with it.
Maybe some of these yahoos will think twice about dropping the big one if they know Mecca and Medina will be leveled 20 minutes later.
I think it's a great policy. . .perhaps one of the few great policies implemented since that unpleasant day.

It wont happen.
According to Muslim beliefs.. The whole world can be bombed, but Mecca and Madinah will remain untouched and untouchable.

I think those cities should have been nuked a long time ago and if they retailiate, we should give them a taste of their own medicine: You kill one of my people, I'll kill ten of yours.
