You'll have to check with the dealer. Many dealerships do offer some sort of swapping program, but you can often only do it for the first month that you own the car. sometimes its only a week or so. Don't be embarrased though, if you don't like the car, you don't like it.
I would contact the dealer asap, to find out what sort of exchange and or return policy they have. If they won't do it, contact some other local dealers. They may be willing to work with you.
I would also look into the laws in your area. While some dealers may fight you, there may actualy be laws that will make them do it. Because while I know this isn't really on the topic, you know how alot of stores when you return something will only give you store credit? Well thats not really legal. if you want cash back, they ahve to give it to you. I don't know if this works with cars, but its something to look into.

You will take a $$ hit on the swap. They'll charge you for milage, usage, restocking fee, etc. But it won't be so hard if you are really swaping it out for something else that they are selling. But if you are trying to return it, then they will make it a nightmare.
Alternativley, you can set it on fire, report it stolen and collect insurance.

Usually there is only a 3 day "think about it" period... but get in there NOW. There are several reasons why it could be too big for, legitimate reasons. If it's too big for you and makes you nervous to drive, you could cause an accident. Just make sure that the dealership knows that when you leave you'll be driving one of their smaller cars.

You can *try* to swap it out, but most likely they'll take a substantial chunk out of your 'refund'. It will probably be treated as a trade in. But, it can't hurt to go back and ask - and make it clear that you will be buying something from them in exchange. . .

Depends on how you purchased/financed it. Should be relatively easy to return, although you will probably suffer a financial loss of some kind.
