1/2 hr on the exercise bike 6 days a week, 100 sit-ups and 3 different weighs, 15 x 3. I'm 35, eat a normal amount and I can only pinch an inch. I've been doing this regime for years...maybe about 13 years....it's getting harder and harder as it is getting harder and harder to stay toned...but I figure if I keep on doing this work out routine for the rest of my life...well if I get fat...then that's that...cause there is not much else I can do.

I rollerblade or bike to school. Its 5 miles/ 5.5 km and i try and get there in less than 20 minutes, i'd try that running but i'd probably litterally die, i'm already going about 30 mph on those, running since i can only run for 2 mins sprinting, i'd have to go 83 mph.
Wow!
And i also get a neck workout at school trying to stay awake, lol.
