If the employees are contributing articles to the newsletter, then they should get to name it. The usual contest, the usual cheap prize, the usual tacky name that everyone except you loves.

If it's simply an employer newsletter to the employees, then name it something dignified. The Monday Morning Message. The Dictator Speaks. Why Are You Reading This Instead Of Working?

Just kidding about the last part. Do let the employees pick the name. It will get them talking about the newsletter before the first official one even comes off the press. And the more communication between employees, the better the working environment and the more efficient the employees. Good luck.
