Jeremiah 29:10 -- For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

The Jews were taken captive in 606 B.C. and returned to Israel in 536 B.C.

The thing about prophecies, though, is that there's no amount of fulfilled prophecy you can use to convince a person if that person doesn't want to believe in your conclusions.

I remember back before I was a Christian, I heard somebody explain how the Bible predicted to the exact day when Jesus entered Jerusalem during the last week of his ministry. It was a staggering proof, but I was like, "Ehhh, there's got to be some rational explanation for it. Maybe the writer just got lucky." And I'd go on about my merry way.

Now that I'm a Christian, of course, I look back to that prophecy and say, "Wow!" but I also remember how back when I was agnostic I blew it off -- not because it was any less impressive to me then, but because my heart wasn't ready to receive it then.

So, no, it's not by any means true that, "If you give enough proof, people will believe." God could visit people directly and rearrange their furniture so that the cushions spelled out, "Jesus is Lord," and there would still be some people who'd write it off as a prank. That's just the state of the human heart today -- hardened as all get out. It's only by the grace of God that some people's hearts are softened and made ready to believe rather than reject the gospel.

There are too many to cover but here are two...,
ISRAEL MUST EXIST for Biblical Prophesies to have ANY Merit - that was the general consensus of even Christian and many military experts who mocked. The same military strategy experts said it was impossible that Israel could ever make a return. But lo - in 1948 Israel defied the odds and again in 1967 overcame several Arab nations who attempted to drive Israel into the dust A TINY NATION - ISRAEL - beat the snot out of overwhelming odds in true Old Testament fashion.

The next one.., ISLAM was predicted as the Religion that the Antichrist would come from. Half the prophecy is complete waiting for the Antichrist to show. This was a few thousand years before Islam was born (Islam circa 600-620AD)
*DANIEL 9:27
The Angel Gabriel shown the Prophet Daniel and abominable temple sitting on a wing of the former Solomon's Temple. And from that place comes "one who causes desolations" (the Antichrist).
TODAY we look on the Temple Mount. All that remains of Solomon's Temple is the foundation of the Temple Mount (look up the history for the "Temple Mount" in Wikipedia.com
WHAT TEMPLE Sits currently on the Temple Mount - in what would be the wing of the former temple? Islam's "Dome of the Rock" Mosque. This religion of Islam as you know brings desolation behind it. Inside this Mosque is a black moon-rock that the Muslims kiss and reverence in true Idol worship form again, this is an abominable act in the eyes of God.

The Antichrist will come in the guise of Islam's "Mahdi" (a kind of messiah for Muslims) and he will do something significant there.., and from my sources he may very well arrive any time between now and the next two or three years - most likely sooner.

Will CNN air it? If they did it would surprise me and they would most likely make it a "Poor Arabs so abused by Christians and Jews" type thing and call it a lie. The trend with the secular world is to go out of its way to discredit the Bible and even Israel's Biblical resurrection from the dead is largely ignored by the mass media.

Space here does not permit me to go into all the prophecies but i´ll just throw one to you to give you something to think about. Think on this. Two thousand years ago John wrote in the Apocalypse that a system of buying and selling will be implemented by using a mark and a number. No one could buy or sell except those who wear this mark. Now; If you don't know that this system is now in the works then there must really be something wrong with you. Either you are very ignorant or highly dishonest with your own self trying to defend your beliefs. That's all, thank you and God bless you!!!

my top prophecy that came true? well, Jesus said that near the end days, the temple would be destroyed and not one stone would be left on top of another. This came true quite a long time ago, when the city was attacked and burned, the gold in the ceiling of the temple bagan to melt and as it did, it went between the stones of the temple. So they had to take the whole temple apart, stone by stone, to get the gold. So one stone was not left on top of the other, just like Jesus said

Well we do have a fair ammount of historical evidence that points to the existance and execution of a man named jesus christ. as far as prophecies like those in the book of revelation, we have no idea when/if they will or already have occurred nor do we entirely understand it as it was written "in code". Name one prophecy that has passed its time for coming true that can be proven not to have happened.
