i have a photo shoot on monday and i kinda just let myself go. how can look a little better and lose a couple of pounds in 4 days? if it's "unhealthy" let it be something i can recover for. thanks.

No no no. Don't listen to these people. All you need is 3 days. Here's what you do.

Get either carrot juice or apple juice. If you choose apple juice (no sugar added), you will need to water it down.. half juice, half water. Or get both juices and switch on and off, if you wish. Anyways, drink 8 ounces of whatever you choose for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In between, drink plenty of water, but no more than the 8 recommended glasses. It's very important to only get natural juice, nothing can be added at all. Do this for the 3 days before your shoot, and you will notice a very big difference. Most people do this to get their body ready for a healthy lifestyle change. What it does it shrinks your stomach down to the size it should be, and gets rid of anything in your system that is not healthy. You will be happy with this, promise. :)

You will feel very hungry by the 3rd day, but keep with it. It's just your stomach shrinking, and your body saying no. :)

And if anyone says this is unhealthy, check out the www.beachbody.com instructions for starting a healthy lifestyle change. The nutrients you get from the juice is enough to keep you going for 3 days, but do not go any longer. You will notice it will take less food to fill you up, and you will continue to lose weight if you don't overeat! :)

Don't eat solid foods for two days. Then eat two average meals the next days (be careful not to get too much carbs), then finish the last day of the diet with no solid foods.

Try eating foods that are mostly water like salads for a few days. Also, drink a lot of water.

everytime u lose weight fast, it will come back, and more. better to not diet than gain more in the long run, unless you can take diet drugs, the last time i lost weight was 5lbs and didn't put a thing in my mouth except diet pills, then
i put 10# back

Uh well the only weight you could lose even if you starved yourself would only be a pound or ounces at the most. ya should of started worrying about that a little bit before...the photo shoot, dontya think....
