I know of girls that like anal sex with their male partner. How is it any different if a woman/man do it and a man/man do it? I know of the scriptures and what they say. I don't think homosexuality is wrong in God's eyes. Same act why is it wrong? They are not hurting anyone because they consent to it....If God looks at the heart not what we do or don't do then why is it that you think homosexuality or sex(masturbation, premarital, oral, toys, porn) has become sin? Don't you think you are adult enough to make choices for yourself rather than the stipulations of what religion says you should do?

I am not condemning, bashing, criticizing, or anything against anyone. Must have disclaimer because the real world can tend to offend some Christians.

Christians don't get offended unless you say things out of ignorance. I question whether you know what the scriptures say about homosexuality. Homosexuality IS wrong in God's eyes...assuming that your idea of scripture is the same as mine. Homosexuality IS wrong according to the Bible and Torah. God and all the people before you are smarter than you...you have no basis for your opinion. He condemns premarital sex and perversions.

Butr back to the question, here is what the scripture says

# Leviticus 18:22
" 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.
Leviticus 18:21-23 (in Context) Leviticus 18 (Whole Chapter)
# Leviticus 20:13
" 'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.
Leviticus 20:12-14 (in Context) Leviticus 20 (Whole Chapter)

Bytheway...I just looked at the link. The bible does NOT say wht they say it says. Read it yourself and find the scripture or email me and I will find them for you.

God gives us no reason to think that sodomy dishonors him. Zealous evangelists (beginning with Paul) are mostly responsible for the common belief that certain consensual sexual acts are acceptable and some are not. Jesus does not speak about sex. He commands those who enter into marriage before God to honor their commitment, and that is certainly appropriate. But he focuses his earthly ministry on far more relevant matters, like how we should treat each other.

Organized religions make rules as means of controlling people. This has been the case for centuries. Jewish folks have long felt they were required to honor God by eating certain things and not others. Both Jesus and Paul refuted this archaic concept. Fundamentalist Islamic law requires women to wear certain clothing in public. The idea that rules like that affect one's standing with God is ludicrous. Of course, rules like those affect one's standing with his or her respective religious order and broader society, but neither of those represent God.

[Yes, I just said that no organized religions represent God. It's not that one is right and all the others are wrong. They are all partly wrong and partly right. We are all seeking the spiritual truth about our existence, and we all follow different paths. We all find some truths and miss others. Organized religions tend to think they have acquired ALL the truth about our existence, which is farcical, and therefore they often mislead people. The ridiculous rules of mainstream Christianity about consensual sexual conduct are a prime example.]

Organized religions want to control you. They want to make you feel safe (or guilty) by convincing you they have all the answers. Don't fall into that trap. Experience the world for yourself. Read everyone's holy scriptures, so you at least understand the way they think. And live your life the way you want to live it, all the while making sure you allow others the same right (That's the Golden Rule...a teaching of Jesus!). As you grow and learn, you will know what is right and wrong. You will know inside if you are a person of worthy spirit. And when you pass from this world, you will learn all of its spiritual truths that you haven't already discovered.

I do not see our existence as a random happenstance. But I also cannot believe that it is a rigid test, with everything riding on how you have sex, what you eat, how many times a day you pray, or whether you decide to go out on a limb and convince yourself that a really wise person who lived 2000 years ago was divine. It doesn't matter if Jesus was divine or not. Live the way he said to live. Not the way Paul said to live, or the way your Christian minister says to live...Live the way JESUS said to live. That's the closest thing to an answer we have.

I am a christian, I am not offended, God gave us free will so we can form our own opinions. to each there own, I just believe that there is a deference between men and women for a reason. I am partial to woman because of the options they com with, and what ever two consenting adults decide might be interesting to try is not our place to judge.

the truth is that sex outside of marriage is a sin. . .we all ignore it, because it doesn't suit us.

Gays can't get married, so all of their sex is a sin, just like all of a Catholic priest's sex is a sin, just like all sex between boyfriend and girlfriend is a sin.

It's just easier to point the finger at other people, but most single people are just as bad, and many married people are even worse, because they hurt their spouse with infidelity.

We can ignore it, and pretend we're just being normal and natural, but wrong is wrong.

lol so you think god thinks anal sex is ok? God made sex for procreation, as its major purpose, and yes he made it pleasurable. He aslo desinged it so oyu sould only share it with one person for your whole life. I don't see what the question is here....?
ok i think i got it. it's not the sexual act between homosexuals that makes it wrong, it's the homosexuuality itself that is wrong.

I agree, whatever 2 or more consenting adults do with/to each other in the bedroom (or on the kitchentable,...) is nobody's business

The believers in the "missionary position only" and "every sperm is sacred" will condem all of it.

Many forget that the practice up to the middle ages was multiple wives and concubines and God allowed it.

I think any kind of sex between consenting adults is ok. We are adults who can take consequences of our actions.
