Hub shaves his, and goes over it with Nair For Men.. It works pretty good. Might I suggest if you are going to shave, use a conditioner like you would on your hair, instead of a shaving cream..to me I think it is more gentle, and you can get a closer shave, and also, your skin will feel as soft as ever... Good luck!
PS. If you don't find any solutions here, try asking the guys at the gym. Most have to remove ALL of their hair before competition. If they wouldn't know, then I don't know who would.
Also, most women have to shave every day to keep their legs smooth...so you probably will have to do the same with your chest, it grows back fast when shaving.
There is a myth that shaving will make it come in thicker. This is not true. When you shave the hair is cut straight across, It come back the same, where as waxing you actually pull down to the root, and it gives the illusion it is coming in thinner. Its all the same thickness, and your hair will not grow back in thicker.

1-Laser hair removal is the best method for u.
even though it is a bit expensive it doesn't invlove any pain and the hair takes forever to grow back. you should look into it
2- A cheaper way is to have it waxed. Hair does take longer to grow back compare to shaving and the hair grows back thinner and less coarse. Slight pain though
3-or if u want a painless method use a hair removal gel/cream. it is better than shaving but still not as good as waxing for the hair does grow back fast enough.

I suggest you rub some Nair into your chest and leave it there for a few months. Do not shower during this time so the Nair has a chance to soak in and thin out the hair roots so you don't have a reoccurring problem. I hope this helps-it worked for cousin bubbas half sister twice removed.

Heres what you do. Get some super glue and an egg beater. This will probably work better if you braid it first. Just dab a little glue on the beaters and wrap the braids. Turn that thing on and you should have a hairless cat.
