You only have an hour? What kind of a deadline is that? I thought you owned the place.
Take your favourite colour/flavour and your favourite non-domesticated animal and put them together, like the Lime Spider (already in use, sorry).
Or name it after the suburb its in, like use the word you would use for someone who lives there, if that sounds good. But be careful, cause that has the potential to sound too much like a newspaper, depending on what the name of the suburb is.

Go informal: eg "That New Club" (or new pub, bar, place, etc)
Go pub old school: "The Dog and Duck", "The King's Arms", "The Nag's Head", etc
Name it after yourself: eg "Brown's"
