In the wiccan term it means "so mote it be", meaning so it is. The only thing is, according to me, don't say amen unless you really mean it. Read your prayers before saying them and try to understand what it means, analyze if you will. The more you understand about the prayer you're about to recite, the better it feels to say so mote it be.

Everytime one prays you say " Amen ". It means you agree with the prayer or meaning " let it be ". Amen also means to ME " Glory to God "
