This is a question only a individual girl can answer. Some girls like to do it the way goes love to fondle and suck breast. Others have to have a deep rooted love for the guy. and feel satifaction from the act because it makes him feel good.
For me the desire to give head to a female is both sexual and fun to hear a girls sounds of delight. so I figure a girl feels some of this too for her man.

I wonder this myself. Is it the fear that they won't get love if they don't give head? Is it that they won't get oral sex if they don't give it? Maybe they like it? Maybe they like to feel powerful and in control of their man? Maybe it is copious amounts of alcohol?
