How hot is it? It's about 102 degrees at my place but we're still going to cook a "frittata' for supper.

If you have a patio or area where you can set up a table and plug in your electric fry pan, cook your food outside so your house won't get hotter. I'm guessing a frittata is cooked in a fry pan.

When its really hot, I use my slow cooker alot, it doesn't heat up the kitchen and you can make some really good meals, pop something in , in the morning and super time it all done , no muss no fuss.

Grill outside! Stay cool inside, make a side dish that does not require using your oven.
