Act like you don't care what other people think about you ... act as if nothing that anyone says can bother you.
In other words, self confidence.
If you act like you are better than other people though, you will ruin your cool image, since no one likes a snoob.

It means you act like you dont care what others think, you are going to do your thing regardless. It is then up to them to follow YOU

some think it's means that you suppose to act snobby but i think it is to be true to yourself and speak up.
