I love the taste of both of these, but they both make me sick to my stomach. I can not figure out why these would make my stomach hurt after eating them. Any ideas? I know both are considered tropical fruits, but that's all I've been able to link between them.

I don't have problems with any other fruits that I am aware of. I am okay with other citrusy fruits like oranges, etc. And other sugary fruits are fine too, like apples, etc.

See if you can get organic fruit.
Try a little at a time, not a whole banana, and see if you can tolerate that. If so gradually add more.
