August 1st? are you kidding me? but it depends on how fat your belly is. but what i can say is that your only 12 years old and its not good for you to have an intense work out and diet. To loss wieght, the safest is to loss 2 lbs a week. Cardio exercises is the best way to loss fat, like jogging, running, walking, swimming, etc. What i can advice you is that eat more veges and cut on fast foods like burgers, pizza, and most of all cut the softdrinks if you want to be fit. And it's not necessarily that you will not eat meat like pork, beef or chicken. our body needs that but eat in moderation and avoid bad fats because you know there are good fats like you get on fish. and for last advice, pls dont skip your meal, it's bad for you especially at your age.

Well, I'm not sure what 79 pounds is on a 4'9" person is. But in order to get a flat stomach you shoud try Ti Chi. It really focusus on your stomach and abdomen.

I'm sorry that you live in a society that give 12 year old girls the impression that they need to look like this. Sweetie, you're only twelve, you're still a kid. Eat healthy and run around like one and you'll have a sexy body by the time you're an adult. TV shows with "teen-agers" as main characters don't let you know that the actors are actually in their mid-twenties.

YOUR 12 your body doesnt need to be perfect / flat - you ahve your rest of your life to worry about your size / shape, do not start now!!
you could eat a little healthier, fruits / veg instead of crisps etc.. and start gentle excercise, ride a bike etc.. but PLEASE speak to an adult / GP before you do anything to drastic / unnecessary.
Am sure your beautiful as you are - dont let anyone change you / make you feel uncomfortable!!

I would try sit-ups. But, you are 12 years old so I don't really think that you need to be worried about body fat. But... good luck!

sit ups crunchs umm run, don't eat fatty food, don't eat breakfast and eat really healthy, that is how i got a flat stomach and workin my way of abbs hehehe=)
