I am 13 my lil sis is 9 (i think) She has over a million ways to drive me crazy. I really need revenge BADLY. I do not want to get in trouble though so it has to be subtle!!

That is her job as your little sister to drive you crazy, this does not make her evil, just a pain in the butt. Just try to ignore her and maybe if she sees that she can't bug you anymore she'll stop. One day when you are older you will look back on this and laugh. You are the older sibling, try to be patient.

plan A-make her do something wrong that u know she will get in trouble for like something u know shes not allowed to do but she doesnt
plan B-while shes asleep put paint on her fingers and put a can of paint in her closet and then paint some part of ur parents room........they r gonnna think she did it
plan-C buy her a cage and put her in it and dont let her out of it and until she swares she will leave u alone like a thousand times
i was kidding about the last one ..but u know if everything fails y not lol

I can come up with only two things:
1. Put a bug in her bed. (preferably where she'll see it, like the pillow)
2. Pour warm water in the bed when she's sleeping. then she'll wake up and think she'd wet the bed. Then you can make fun of her.

dip her hand in cold water while sleeping (it'll make her pee), or stick a little peice of gum in her hair she won't know you did these things.

when shes irritating you handcuff her left arm to her right leg and her right arm to her left but do it behind her back. it worked for my friends brother.
