There have been many letter-writing campaigns so far on this, what's your stand on the issue? Do you feel strongly enough for/against to take issue in writing?

No I haven't yet, I'm in Iraq. But I plan to. Any stance that is pro illegal anything will cause me to campaign and vote against ANY elected official. Especially if the swore an oath of office that says that they will uphold the laws of the US and of the state.

Yes, I have and I can quote some statements:

"The United States is still one of the only developed nations that is unable to control its borders"

"I support the guest worker program that does not confer the right of citizenship for two main reasons. The first being that many immigrants are doing jobs, vital to the growth of the economy" There was no 2nd reason stated.

Thank you to our Texas congressman for doing nothing to help stop illegal immigration.

I email my state senators and congressmen at least every other day. Very little response. They say they understand, blah blah blah. I live in California and I received an email yesterday from my Senator with an outline of what she is doing for the state. Not one mention of the illegal immigration issue. We have been sold out.

I actual don't have from now on all started to parent out purely how the Southern Poverty regulation center should be so outspoken about professional unlawful immigration, anti-borders, and professional gay marriage, and nevertheless declare, as if their no longer bias in any respect, any crew that disagrees with them is a 'HATE' crew. How does that artwork??? considering i'm professional conservative, does that propose i'm getting to label which liberal communities I evaluate 'HATE' communities????? The SPLC is a shaggy dog tale, it has already been shown that they don't have any actual info for his or her 'HATE' map, purely that those human beings disagree with them, what a finished bs scam.

I wrote to my states two U.S. senators and my district representative asking all three not to vote in favor of any bill allowing amnesty for illegal aliens. I also asked them to support strong border security with an enforcable barrier. In addition I asked that legislation be proposed defining any incursion into U.S. territory by armed military personel of another country be treated as an invasion. One senator did not reply. Another senator thanked me for my interest saying he agreed with my concerns, then proceded to tell me about the great legislation which they were working on passing ...which was....amnesty. The representative just sent me a vague letter praising the contributions of LEGAL aliens to our society. Both senators voted for the Kennedy-McCain proposal. In all I wrote the representative(who was a lost cause) once and both senators twice, as well as several phone calls to their washington offices. So as far as I'm concerned though I voted for both senators in the past, they are now history with me. Congress has been totally out of touch with the desires of most Americans on this issue. It's time to clean house.

P.S. Senators Mike DeWine and George Voinovich and Rep. Sherrod Brown all of Ohio can all go piss up a rope as far as I'm concerned

Yes and I made the letter strong enough so they understand there is no other answer than No Amnesty and Protect the Borders or they are out of my vote and out of a vote by all the people I know.

Yes...I have written my congressmen. Here in Arizona, as in other parts of the country where illegals are creating a diluted sense of community, there is growing desire for illegals to go back to where ever they came from.

Yes I have, and they do nothing. Our elected "leaders" do not are. it will take more than my vote to get them out of office, and as a few in here have stated, they do not care. not enough people care id we lose our country to this illegal invasion. They will only care when it is too late.
