Possibly. You don't need a degree to start a business. I'd go to fashion design, integrate that into business and make approx. 3 times or more than I would have if I would've chosen one over the other.

If you do a double major, business AND fashion, you will be able to run your own fashion business more efficiently, and make better decisions.

Do what YOU want to do! Who is going to console you if you have to go to a job that you don't like? Speak to your parents about it. My father wanted me to study law, but I changed course without him knowing. He was mad as hell when he found out, but my mother (God bless her soul!) supported me, and he finally came round. Speak to your mother first, women understand these things much better than us men.
