its ok for some ppl to, its really up to the parents at the age she is now, just make sure shes comfy with it and dont force into anything, let her make all the first moves and everything, she needs to feel safe and comfortable with you.

yeah of course. as long as the pants stay on. my sister is 15 had 18 boyfriends in a year. she just had fun being with them. it just her way of getting close to guys than girls. she not comforable with girls.
