We just call um ox tails here. Try food 4 less they always have stuff like that.

They are called oxtails here, but you rarely see them anymore at regular supermarkets. You can ask your butcher or try an Asian supermarket. I think they are much more popular in certain parts of the country than they are here.

If you have Asian Market, look for it. Mostly they carries the oxtails.

as a meat cutter, you would be asking for the right thing . the bad part about it is that many places do not carry them

cheek meat is more readily available and will substitute nicely
