IPOPS (Idaho Paperless Online Personnel/Payroll System) is an application designed and programmed in house by the Idaho State Controller's Office that utilizes the internet to electronically produce, route, track and archive personnel, payroll and position documents online for state agencies. IPOPS is a web-based front-end to the Controller's legacy payroll system.
