I know it's only short distance from one terminal to the other or such, but why risk the embarassment of falling over in front of a bunch of strangers that you will never see again?

I don' t think it would be polite if you just grabbed someones tie maybe if you asked that person. Do you think it would be ok for a girl to grab your tie while on a tram??? ; ) I'm sure you wouldn't mind.

you ought to say all thoughts and thoughts are purely chemical reactions contained in the mind. It would not replace what the emotion is although. in case you're extremely into someone and the courting fails, you've hardship letting it bypass. The harm runs deep once you've placed that a lot time potential and emotion into something. imagine you want to fly sort plane. You spend all iciness construction a clean airplane from spare aspects you've laying round. Days gluing each and each and each piece, tenderly slicing with an exacto, hours spent putting electronics and dealing to get the airplane balanced best. Then on the first flight you watch it auger in and make a large crater. You did not spend a lot funds because it became spare aspects, yet you'd be extremely disenchanted because you position a lot time into it. that's purely an merchandise too, that is a lot worse even as that's something that is extremely on the point of your heart.

OK, first of all, no that is not polite. Grabbing onto someone's tie just might cause you to receive great bodily harm and then you end up on the ground anyway but the landing would be a bit rougher. Now, about leaning on someone, no again, you could get a sexual harrassment charge againt you or your exit could be rather bumpy.

Better to take your chances of falling on your own, maybe if that happens you could grab a tie on the way down and it would be ok.

AngrySanta says… Here’s a tip for the rest of us. Put on your tie, cut the back of it and use fabric glue to secure Velcro onto the ends. Now you never have to tie your tie again. This will save you about 2 minutes a day and you never have to check to make sure your tie is the right length.

As a side bonus when you’re at the airport and some rando tries to kill you by grabbing your tie and taking you down with him, your tie will just snap off and you can laugh heartily with the rest of the amused public.

Holding onto someone's tie? ha ha..of course that's not acceptable. Funny, but not acceptable. Neither is leaning on strangers. You're not bad looking though, so I guess if you see me in a tram, feel free to lean.

hahaha! I'm sure some people wouldn't mind, but it's really not too polite unless you ask first. I don't think i'd make a big deal out of it. It'd be pretty funny to see.

It doesnt' really fall into the polite or not polite category if you are saving yourself from falling. Avoiding contact where possible is prefered.

It is natural to reach out if you are losing your balance. A polite person would understand why you did it, and when you politely and excuse yourself, if they are polite, they will smile and say, " That's ok".

If they are nasty or rude about it, they are the ones who need to
chill.

Not someone's tie, no.

But leaning against someone is understandable, unless they are paranoid of you stealing their wallet or something, then I suggest you respect their personal space.
