I've tried diets, hypnosis, you name it. I start out great, but eventually go back to my bad snacking ways...especially in the evening in front of the TV.

I've had 2 diet for 6 years straight in wrestling.
every meal eat as much salad u want!(it counts as water weight)u can sweat that off.)
when u have the urge to snack, stop watching TV! and do something else(keep your hands & mind busy)like go buy some rice cakes!
eat small portions at meals!
dont worry about situps,
go to a sports store and buy a pair of plasticks (a jogging suit made of plastic&elastic bands)focus on jogging, & the thing that makes u sweat the most understand!

Do not make a high goal, first of all. It's a health risk to lose more than 3 pounds a week and can decrease your confidence. Besides, that much in a week would probably be water weight, which comes right back.
Try taking a walk for 30 minutes a day, adding 10 minutes each week. Once you get up to an hour long walk, start biking or jogging for 20 minutes a day, adding on minutes once again. By the time you are biking or jogging for an hour a day, just keep at it and you'll keep losing.
Remember to EAT YOUR BREAKFAST. Eating Breakfast will reduce your hunger and increase your energy throughout the day. You should have a large breakfast, smaller lunch, and light dinner. Or you can have multiple small meals throughout the day. Avoid snacking at night (after 8 PM), and when you really want junk food, eat a half serving and substitute the other half with a fruit or veggie. Make sure you drink water too, it's helpful in losing weight faster. Be sure to lay off soda...it's high in cals.

Best foods to eat:

-Boneless, skinless chicken
-Tuna in water
-London broil
-Filet Mingon
-Lean ground beef
-Fat-free milk
-Soy milk
-Whole milk from a local farm
-Water
-Vitiman water
-Fat-free Yogurt
-Oragnic fruits&veggies
-Olive oil
-Peanut butter
-Whole wheat bread
-Oatmeal
-Egg whites
-Provolone cheese (best from a local farm)
-Cereal (Grape nuts, Raisin Bran, Total, Smart Start, Cherrio's, Organic version of Rice crispies, Crispex)
-Frozen Yogurt if you're craving Ice cream
-Rice
-Sun chips
-Wheat thins
-Triscuts
-Soy crisps
-Quaker snack foods

That's how I lost 60 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle in 5.5 months.

Best of luck!=)

if you are not a minor you can use PHENTERMINE 37.5 is my recomendation! There are many who crtitisize against ..however they dont deal with a weight issue. I was 180 lbs when I started taking them drop to 143 lbs in 5 months . Because of its ability to make you soooo not hungry you are able to change your eating habits..and yet still enjoy the things you like. You will become to just hate the thought of eating or cooking kinda sucks if you have a family .. The funniest thing is one day I thought I was starving to death my tummy was growling and everything..I fixed me a huge plate was able to eat like five bites and was absolutely stuffed.
And this diet pill as well doesnt give you that creepy skin crawl feeling you feel normal and I have been able to keep the weight off for over a year!
It is the generic form of ADDIPEX

Set a weight goal for yourself..exercise more, the more you exercise the more you will want to...Consume healthy low fat foods, drink plenty of water...and if you feel the need to snack; snack on fruit or raw vegetables..Change your routine in anyway you can..call a friend or two and set a time aside to go power walking or bike riding...make it fun and before you know it...you should see results...Hope this helps...GL to you..

Just go cold turkey, no more eating after 7pm. Find something else to do in front of the tv, knit, crochet, cross stitch, something to keep your hands busy. Better yet, get out from in front of the TV altogether. Go out for a walk or a bike ride. Join a group, volunteer somewhere. Read if you can't do any of those things. Just get busy with something else to take your mind off of putting things in your mouth.
