Is the Weight loss suppllment dexitrim max unhealthy for you or is it simple a fad diet pill or is ok to use?

I think that all supplements that promise weight loss are unhealthy. I took One a Day weight smart and it made me sick to my stomach, not to mention that it increased my heart rate.

My doctor advised me NOT to take these diet pills since they can interfere with the anti-depressants I'm taking.
