when your give oral sex trace all the lets of the alphabet over the womens clit... it's suppose to be a good tech..but I've found it to be distracting ,trying to think of the next letter instead of the feeling and pleasure your receiving....

As others have said, you trace the letters of the alphabet with your tongue. This was invented by a guy, and from a woman's perspective...it's nothing special. There are much better things to do. Just do what feels good for your partner instead of focusing on a specific technique.

Seriously though, while it does give you something to do while you're down there, so you aren't focused on your jaw getting tired, it's better if you can explore around a bit. The important parts aren't where you think they are. If you girl isn't shy about talking, ask her for directions.
