Try a feed store. They have bulk everything. I'm not sure if they have as many of those type places where you live, but there are a lot down here in Texas.

Mijer thats where i get my pet food only 8 bucks for a 15 pound bag of rabbit food. Dog food you can get a 50 pound bag of food for like only 15 dollers. Cats food about the same.

Yes, and in California kitty littering will get you a $1000US fine, plus criminal enhancements for cruelty to animals.

Best place is a feed store. Next would be a "Pet" outlet, Walmart, K-mart.
