it turned my natural blonde hair a strange peachy color, and my brunette friend tried it and still has orange hair.

Lemon makes your hair smell like lemon...the sun can make your hair red and often i find that citrus can be drying to the hair....

lemon is supposed to give your hair shine. If you want it reddish, use henna.
