Male or female?

Brownie or Cinnamon may suit both sexes.

Canela (Cinnamon in Spanish) if it's a girl.

1. Brigitte Barkdot (after Brigitte Bardot the french actress, model, and infamous 60's sex kitten, who also was tan and blonde)
2. Jean Barklow (after Jean Harlow the famous blonde screen siren from the 20's and 30's)
3. Clara Bow (after Clara Bow the quirky 20's silent film star and flapper, although she wasn't blonde I think it would be a cute name for a small female dog)

Hope that helps! Those would definitely be unique!

Peaches is a name I would think could be a cool name for a tan or orange colored dog/cat.

Dinner is another name.
