What do you do(or eat,or drink,or smoke)To get Super Hype & to Psyche yourself up to that point?

No one can do everything but the proper training helps you to do more than you think you can do. Running kata forward and *backward* will make your mind work better including the *slowing of time* also learning how to grab power form your surroundings will help with power (this is how i break block) a good trick is to grab the floor with your toes and get down low then imagine the earths energy flowing into you.

I don't do drugs. In one word "Diligence" hard work, blood, sweat & tears.

Practice, Practice, Practice, Muscle memory, a balanced diet, A good serving of angry music, and some more practice. oh yah and stretching

get lots of sleep and take vitamins. i notice, now that i'm older, i can't jump over skyscrapers anymore like i used to, unless i have some coffee, too.
