Any local bike shop should have a few to choose from... the better brands (Velolight, Vistalight, etc.) price range from 10 to 20 dollars and the batteries last a long time.

For the rear of your bike, you should have a RED light which has a pattern to it, not just blinking on and off.
For the front, in addition to a regular headlight, a flashing WHITE light is a good idea if you ride in heavy traffic areas. Ride safe!
