Fairly warm. Evenings are cooler. Roughly in the 70's during the day & low 60's in the evening/night. But the buildings are all Jerusalem marble, which tends to feel cooler. You'll have a great time!

In Jerusalam, it will be about 57 - 77 F (14 - 25 C) - Jerusalem is at a higher elevation than other parts of the country and tends to be cooler.

In Tel-Aviv, temperatures would range from 51 - 92 F (11 - 33 C).

Eilat, which is very hot in the summer, would be about 60 - 101 F (16 - 38 C) in October.

It varies. The temperature may vary depending on what part of the country you are in. Jerusalem is usually about 25C (80F) high and 12C (60F) at night. Tel Aviv is hot, it's like 30C or 90F and 10C or 50F at night. The very south, in Eilat is hotter, about 100F or 40C and like 12C at night.
