The student is given a form that has to be filled out by the monitor of the community service they perform. They only get credit for service that is properly supervised, and signed for. The service form is then presented to the school.

If there is a service the student wants to perform that does not have a supervisor, or monitor, it has to be arranged with the teacher in advance, and the teacher can agree to accept the signature of a reliable adult who will affirm the work.

They put each student's community service information in their own separate records.
