No its not true. I use milk in quite a few fish recipes. New England Clam Chowder uses cream. Crab Alfredo uses half & half. Tuna Casserole uses milk. This is an old wives tale that doesn't have much merit. Some fish is even soaked in milk before cooking to get rid of gamey taste.

NO... I heard that in Canada. But the guys were saying it causes you to get sick.
They were specifically talking about eating Lobster & Milk.
