Entire novels? Maybe, but you have to remember a couple of things. One is that very few people actually knew how to write. Those people were likely kept too busy to sit down and write a novel. The other is that writing materials were prohibitively expensive, if not outright restricted. It would be like... melting down gold and trowing off a roof for fun. Sure, it would probably be fun to watch it hit the ground (I know I want to see it), but... you just don't do that.

No, but the bible was not written for fun. It was written to bring money to the leaders of the religion.

Putting a period after the word people, I can answer that question. It was written in the mind of God before Adam and Eve.http://www.sunnytees.com/loveletter.html

OT was the first science fiction ever written a few thousand years ago.
NT was the continuation of that science fiction (like Matrix 2)

And together they became the best selling science fiction worldwide.

I do not know when people "started writing for fun" ... but as far as age goes, the Bible is not very old.

False, it's for a lot of other reasons, but fun is not one of them. You need to read it and decide on your own. What do you want it to be?. Do you believe in the teaching? Do you need or want to believe in it? If it makes you happy to believe in it, then be happy.

Well people were writing for fun on cave walls. You don't think they exaggerated their kills. Come on that was fun to them. So I'd say that is false.

It does not matter. The Bible is the literal Word of God!

All praise be to God!

It was probably "written" to create rules and regulations for minor tribes and such. Kind of like a "Don't do this or that will happen" sort of thing.
