Yes I told my mom because we are very close and I talk to her about everything. I told her that I was going to before I did it.

My kids and I were always open about things, and while most of them did not specifically tell me, it was just known and accepted. I would remind them to have safe sex, when it seemed appropriate to do so.
Just thought I would share from a parents standpoint, of course I do realize I may have been more open and approachable than some parents are. But don't underestimate them!

i did not have the cahnce to tell my mom she found out when i was 15 and 3 months pregnant

My son didn't have to tell me, I just knew. We are real close so I noticed some subtle behavior changes, nothing negative just different. I knew, I asked him, and he told me.

No, my ex boyfriends parents did. But that was many years ago and he's dead now so I guess it doesn't matter now.

nope, I just got busted by my mom, she must have got home early or something...she just yelled down the stairs for me to shut the door...it was funny.
