try drinking ginger tea,it is very effective.You can also put a teaspoon of baking soda in a cup of warm water and drink slowly. If you want to try a flower essence use rescue remedy by Bach.If these do not work and you still have upset stomach consult with a health practitioner.

Thats easy buy a pack of original mentoes candy. Pepermint settles an upset stomach even in children
