Because love is all about compromise, and not always good ones. Life as well as love is based on decisions put forth. And you may not always make the best choice. And that's what makes love hard because you don't always know right away if the choice you made was right. So you spend lot's of time trying to make sense of stuff that just does not seem right...because you don't want to think that you made that wrong choice and start all over again.

Because you haven't found the right person to love yet.
Love is not hard. Love is not painful. Love doesn't hurt. If the person you are with is making love hard he's not the right person for you. You just need to keep looking.

Finding that right person is the challenge. It is one of life's greatest challenges too.
That feeling of trust, with open communication isn't always a possibility with everyone that we meet up with and try to get to know either.
The feeling of "meeting of minds" when it comes to understanding what true love is , doesn't happen with everyone we meet either.
It takes time. Problem is, not many people share our values either. Trust, Honesty, Respect, Caring, Sharing, Appreciation, A Sense of Humor, and Unconditional love is rarely practiced among many.
Then there is the question of Friendship. There are so many out there who claim to be our friends and end up using us and hurting us for their own needs. In this world it seems we have so many friendships but few genuine ones.
It isn't easy. For some, it takes a lifetime to realize this. Many people are also rushed like crazy in this life to get a good education, job, and rush into marriage only to find that the person they have married isn't the right one for them.
There is so much to consider. Best first step is to know what you want and what your interests are. Join a group of people that share your values and interests with and that will be a giant leap towards falling in love with someone sooner than most do. Most leave it up to random chance.

People have flaws. They are distracting to the relationship that is constantly under challenge. That is why it is so difficult to hold on to love. Love is elusive, but it can be the most wonderful feeling you will ever have. This is the down side.

It is not. I want to fall out of love. Love happens when you are not anticipating or begging for it to happen. Good luck finding ur true mate.

When two people from different backgrounds try to relate, there is always drama. Keeps it from getting dull.
I don't like to argue, and a lot of girls love it, deny as they will. So to them I am dull.

Because people have to work at it. Love is not easy. It is a full-time job in itself.
