Wait for it to go away. It is blood that comes to the surface of your skin. All you can do is cover it with makeup and wait it out.
Put anything cold on it such as ice will only draw it to the surface if it is any worse than it is.

I assume you mean a hickey...??? It takes plain old time, but I found if you put some metal spoons in the freezer and in an hour or so, take them out and hold them to your spots, helps. Also, concealer can do wonders if done properly... Get some green concealer to help take out the red then blend some regular foundation on top. But keep it up with the spoons, I found that helps the fastest.

OK not to be rude or anything but those are gross and trashy, but to get rid of them you can use a frozen spoon, doesn't always work, also Noxzema or other cold creams do work.
You could always get a leach and put it there to suck the blood and it will go away.
