because they are the ones that end up with the hot women, masters degrees and lots of money. They are a threat.

Preppy people own high school. They get away with everything because the teachers always like the popular students the most.
"Everyone else" likes them well enough to vote them prom king/queen invariably.
And then, they go on to get the jobs other non-collegiates can't seem to get due to piercings or attitudes of (most often) not being pretty enough - working at Olive Garden, Red Lobster, other such places that actually pay well and give tips.
You can't even get a job at the mall if you are female unles you wear makeup and have your hair done, and are pretty.
So obviously, employers like you.
Not to mention, most preps are jerks, and stuck up and mean. But not all, and yes others are jealous.

Preppy people think they are one or two classes above everyone else, they usually come from well educated families and have the latest in fads on their backs too.
They are very phoney and have that snob attitude with that.
People are just people. We only want equality and the truth in everyone that we meet, no matter what age or status they are.

I know.....tell me about it! But first of all to get some people straight..... I am preppy in the way I dress and some other things....But I DEFINATLEY don't precive myself as better than anyone else or classier! That is where a lot of you guys who say that r wrong!!!!

i think that some people make a bad name for the good people. Some people dont like preppy people because they consider them "Stuck Up" but it depends on the person. Dont try to impress people because you cant please everyone. just be yourself and dont worry about what people think about you. You will find people who DO like you for who you are. Just hang there worrying about what other peopl think can make you sick literally its not worth it surround yourself around possitive people they are hard to find now days but in the end if they treat you bad now later they will wish they were your friend true friends are hard to find. But, if you just be your self you will stand out and some people may look up to you for that.Try your best to be good to people but dont try too hard in other word be natural and sincere about what you do and say. Sometime its good to ask a close friend if you are unsure if you are being unpleasant with people or not and if not dont worry about it if so think about how you would feel if someone treated you that way? would it piss you off? would you want to be around that person? hang in there just remember the golden rule try to treat others how you would want to be treated but that doesn't mean be a pushover or to treat people badly but, at the same time let people know you are not going to take peoples **** if it is dished out

I am not preppy, but I don't hold anything against preps. Preps have been known to look down on other people. I'm sorry you suffer because of past mistakes of Preps.

Everyone thinks just because your prep your some rich spoiled kid that gets everything they want etc. People are just stereo types just looking for a group to hate we all have to hate something were human what would you expect from us. I don't hate preps i just hate it when they act like bitches and talk about them selves being a prep and being rich and all things they have and i know thats not what some are like but thats the stereo type people have gotten but anyways hope that helps ya

Its not that i dont like preps, I just dont like people who think they are better then anyone else ,most people see preps this way cause alot of them act this way.and they seem to have a dry humer.Now i dont hate preps cause they have most times good jobs great schooling ,nice things, i just hate some of the things they feel inside
