I drink milk all the time and my hair hasn't grown any longer than normal in like 2 years. Drink up though cause milk is good for you...

I always wandered the same..but hey, it has protein, and hair needs protein to grow! Hair also needs vitamins

No.... there is no proven evidence to say that it does. However being malnurished will cause your hair to grow slower or fall out.
