I just got back from the vet, because my dog sliced his paw open on what I think was our metal gate. I didn't think to ask while I was there, but besides cleaning and wrapping it up, they didn't offer a tetanus shot. I don't remember if it was something that was included in his original series of puppy shots.

No. Dogs are NOT vaccinated for tetnus.

No... If the dog is fully vaccinated against all other diseases the shots he already has will fight off any other .

its a very good idea to protect your dog as much as possible just dont give him too much unnessesary stuff! all though dogs dont need tetnus shots. i dont think they offer them either
