Don't forget negligence and abuse. Conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, muder in the first, murder in the second, we could probably get the charge of manslaughter for Lot's wife.
Since God giveth and God taketh away if he took without asking for it back we could probably get robbery. If it was in your home definitely burglary. Assault for all of the threats of hell. We'd have to push for battery. Actually no, we'd definitely get it because the right hand of God is referenced many times as being the smiting tool.

He'd certainly come under anti-terrorism laws, as well as being guilty of just about every felony and misdemeanor ever created...
Ummmm... you can't get off a murder charge by claiming "just cause" without actually HAVING a "just cause"... is the guy above me really implying that God would claim self defense? He flooded the world and killed 99.999% of all men, women, and children in self defense?

nope.
murder is killing without just cause. that can't be used against G-d. Hate crimes are the same story. rape... well, I'm not christian so I'll let them answer that.
Besides for that, I find it amusing that you would subject G-d to modern concepts of morality... especially since they are values which HE gave us! lol
in short, get a life.

You are a serious mental case. If you truly believe that God is God (I have my doubts), who do think would be the "prosecution?" Who would have more power and authority than the One Who created everything. Your "logic" is terribly flawed.

There's also threatening, and fraud for offering rewards that don't exist.
Round-the-clock coverage for sure.
