Does he miss me and care for me still?

We dated for over a year and a half. He came over today and we kissed and he hugged and he cried. He said he doesn't know what all this means but we can't get back together. I think he still loves me and has a little feeling of regret. Do you think he misses me?

he probably does...im in a similar situation now. sometimes a man's pride wont allow them to admit they miss u.

He cries because he knows he doesn't love you enough to stay with you and because he does care about you, enough that it makes him sad not to be able to make you happy. Sounds weird, but true. Trust me, I've been there several times.
