It just depends on how tall you are for that board you would want to be about 59in. Or the board has to be about to your nose.

It all depends on your height and weight. I am about 5'8" 140 lbs. and I ride a CWB board 135. So if you kinda take it from there you should be able to figure out what size you need. They only make certain boards certain lengths so check that out too....like the next up CWB board was a 142, which woulda been way too big for me. Hope this helps!
