Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Work out 4x per week. Start with 15 minutes or 30 minutes each time. Go on a walk, run on the treadmill or some form of cardio exercise. Lift weights and find a workout buddy to spot you. This person will help motivate you. Drink lots of water 8-10 glasses per day which is about 64-80 ounces. Eat healthy foods like fruits, veggies, whole grains, dairy and lean meats. Good luck!

Unfortunatly there is no easy way to lose weight.
You need to look at the foods you are eating. If they are high in fat and sugar than you need to look for low fat alternatives or things with nutra sweet or less sugar. Exercise is a key as well. Otherwise that there is no miracle cure that will make you drop the extra pounds quickly.
People who have lost a lot of weight has taken time to lose it. Some take 1-2 years to successfully drop off all their weight. In order to be lose weight in a healthy way you should only be losing 10 lbs a month.
Best of Luck

First, get that word "can't" out of your vocabulary. You CAN go on a diet and stick to it if your dr says you are healthy enough.
Don't do "crash diets." They never work and you end up gorging yourself later. Smaller portions are the key.
You want a sensible diet. Lots of fruits and vegetables. If you don't like them, you will learn to love them. A portion of meat if you're a meat eater.
8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Snacks can be fruit.
Learn to exercise. Ride your bike. Go for a walk. Swim. Dance. Whatever you enjoy doing. Even housework counts.
Keep at it. And before you know it, the pounds will come off and you'll be buying a new wardrobe.

Try one of the new diets that let you eat and still lose weight. Look them up, I know that there are a lot of protein diets like that, and most protein diets request you to eat 4-6 times a day! Food that often and losing weight. Oh yeah, always do exercise. Find a program that interests you. Start light and ease your way into harder workouts.

I have the same problem. Although excercise and a good diet are suggested, you can cut back on calories by eating leaner meats and if you really have a hunger problem, try finding something that you can eat a lot of, but has very little nutritional value, like veggies or fruits.

If you don't have any other physical problems that would get in the way, jumping rope is a good exercise that burns a lot of calories and reduces cellulite. And throw in some weight training.Muscle burns more fat,of course,so the more you have, the more you can get away with eating.

Every time you want to eat something bad (sugar, fat, etc.) go for a quick run instead. Not so far that you sweat and need a shower, just a short run. You'll lose 10 lbs before the end of the month.

There is no easy way. You need to control your intake of calories and excercise to use up all the extra calories you took in. Check out Seattle Sutton. It is a wonderful food program and you will lose weight if you stick to the plan.

Well let's see....what I'm reading is this......love to eat....give me a easy way........Not! To lose weight you will need to make up your mind to do it, and it will take work and I say work! Until you know this, you won't lose. 99.9% of it is in your head, why you eat. And to want an easy way, says to me you aren't' ready to do anything about it.
To lose weight will take exercise and yes I said EXERCISE! It will also take a commitment to limit certain foods, and to have some discipline. If you want a easy way just keep doing what you're doing, because to be fit takes discipline and work, but it is way worth it.
