I loved Texas...it is stiffling but some areas are less humid than others. There are water parks, lakes, and many many air conditioned attractions. The cities are all very different...I mean it takes like 7 hours to get from east to west - you're talkin very different areas..are you going to Austin - College Party Town USA...San Antonio - gotta go to the RiverWalk! - Dallas, many wonderful areas - - - it's the Capitol City and those are always great - Houston....go to expedia.com or http://www.lonelyplanet.com or the city's websites. Don't mess with Texas!

Hey KB girl!!!!!!! R u makin fun of my brother Billy Ray or my brother Larry John? Anyway, ya know that the weather is hot n' sticky so you just need to hang in my pool or come with me to the water parks. :) Cuz you know it's like a 3-eyed fish in a barrel, one eye looking this a way, one eye lookin that a way and one eye LOOKIN AT YOU! :) LOLOLOL

there are plenty of things to do in texas, it just depends on what part of texas you're visiting. umm... but you do know that people actually live in texas, right? and.... they seem to get along just fine. i mean it's not the end of the world just because it might be hot and humid. people that live there don't put their social lives on hold because it's too hot!

I live in Texas..and....it's not muggy.
I think you have to have some rain for it to be muggy. It's just hot and dry.
