Let me know your experience if you have had a mouldy house.... how did you feel? I don't want to taint your answers by letting you know how I am feeling.
ALSO: How did you fix the mold problem? Cleaning? Moving? Remove insulation? I need to do something about it!

To begin with you don't use an exterminator.You follow the advise of your first response,and the ONLY mold that you need to be concerned about as far as health goes is Black Mold.Normally in the bathroom but,other places such as kitchen sink etc....

it depends on the mold that is causing the problem. different molds cause different health side effects. sometimes, you may have symptoms like allergies (sneezing, coughing, runny eyes, tiredness). other times, it may make you ill as if you have a cold (fatigue, cough, just dont feel good). you should find out from an exterminator or maybe even the health department in your area (some health departments will test homes for mold) what type of mold you have in your home, and then go from there.

WE had mold in our house and didn't know it until our son kept getting sick. First the doctor said it was just allergies but then it got progressively worse. My boy got Pneumonia. By this time we had found the mold. We ended up just moving.

50/50 water and bleach, use rubber gloves and windows open let air dry.
